Apps

They are usually free. Some are experiments, some are more useful, and most exist because they were interesting to build and to learn from. Expect them to be small. This page does not list a catalogue yet; when an app is ready, it will be linked from here.

Privacy

This policy covers this website and the apps linked from it. It does not cover PolicyTrace itself. If you use PolicyTrace, that product has its own terms and privacy notice.

Who this is from: the people who publish these apps, using this site to point at them.

• None of the apps require you to create an account.
• None of them are built to store your data on our servers, or to send the contents of the app to our servers.
• If an app needs an AI model, you provide your own API key and you pick the provider. The request goes from your device to that provider, under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive the key, the prompt, or the reply.
• You are responsible for the charges that provider bills to your key, and for whatever that provider does with the data you send them.
• This website does not use accounts, cookies, or analytics. It does not embed third-party scripts, fonts, or images.
• The site is a static page on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). AWS processes connection data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the page. We do not use that to identify you or build a profile, and we do not add our own access logs for this site.
• We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising on this site.
• Because we do not keep accounts or app data on our servers, we usually have nothing to show, correct, export, or delete if you ask. That includes access, correction, deletion, and portability requests. If you think we are holding something anyway, the practical answer is still that these apps are not set up to store it.
• The apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• If an app asks the device for a permission, it is for a feature that runs on the device, not to upload that data to us.
• We may update this section when an app’s behaviour changes. The page you are reading is the current notice.

Terms

By using this site or the apps it points to, you agree to this section and the privacy section above. If you do not agree, do not use them.

• The apps are provided as-is. There is no promise that they will stay up, stay stable, or work as you expect.
• They are not malicious. They are not written to harm your device, steal data, or hide what they do. They are just small projects, and we might stop looking after them.
• We may not maintain an app beyond the Android version it was built for at the time. A later Android release, or another platform, might break it, and we might not fix that.
• We can change or remove an app, or this page, at any time, without notice.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage from using the site or the apps, including lost data, lost time, or charges from an AI provider you chose.
• Nothing here is a warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where the law says we cannot exclude that.
• You will not use an app to break the law, or to attack someone else’s systems.
• These apps are not PolicyTrace, and using them does not give you a PolicyTrace account or any PolicyTrace service.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still stands.
